A seasoned professional with over 35 years in the financial services industry, Bob LaCharite is the founder of RML Financial and serves as the firm’s President. As President, Bob sets the firms overall direction and its investment strategy. Relationships and trust are the values on which RML Financial has been built and Bob ensures every team member prioritizes a client’s best interests.
A lifetime member of the Million Dollar Roundtable*, Bob has focused his efforts on comprehensive financial planning with an emphasis on retirement, estate and income planning. He specializes in long-term care planning for adults and their adult children, offering education and guidance to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Married to his wife Diane of over 30 years with two kids and three grandchildren, Bob knows the importance of family. He and his team can help guide clients through all of the major milestones of life and provide solutions to bring financial peace of mind and financial security.
